James A. Zichelli, 89, died on Wed. Dec. 21, 2011 at Franciscan Oaks Health Center in Denville,NJ.
Jim was born and raised in Montclair, NJ and later lived in Mt. Lakes, NJ for sixty years before moving to Denville in 2006.
He had served in the US Army during WWII.
He was a Time Keeper for Standard Container in Rockaway for many years retiring in 1986. He had been a founding member of St. Catherine of Siena RC Church in Mt. Lakes where he had served as an usher. He had also been a member of the Old Guard in Caldwell, NJ.
His wife Mildred A. Commarato died in 2006.
He is survived by his brother Carmine Zichelli of Montclair, his sister Ann Pignatello of Verona and his sister in-law Angela Commarato of Denville,NJ.
Funeral from the Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave. Denville, NJ on Friday Dec. 23, 2011 at 9:00 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial Service at 10:30 AM at St. Catherine of Siena Church in Mt. Lakes, NJ.
