Marilyn Irene (Schlesinger) Shappe passed away on September 19, 2011.
She was 64 years old.
Born in Brooklyn, NY she had lived in the White Meadow Lake section of Rockaway Township, NJ for many years.
Marilyn worked as a bookkeeper for the White Meadow Lake Property Owners Association for 23 years before retiring in 2009.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 45 years, Peter Shappe of Rockaway, NJ. Her loving children Michael Scott Shappe of MN, and Ami Leigh Ferrer of Rockaway, NJ and her grandson Corey Stephen Ferrer also survive her.
A funeral service will be held at Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave Denville, NJ 07834 on Wednesday September 21, 2011 at 10:00AM followed by an interment service at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Queens, NY: 130-04 Horace Harding Expressway Flushing, NY 11352 718-939-2041.
