Obituary of Herman H. Ruppel

Herman H. “Hank” Ruppel, 75 passed away at his residence in Denville on Thursday September 15, 2011.

 

Hank was born in Maspeth, NY and was a resident in Denville since 1965. Hank played on the Rock Ridge Community Club soft ball and horseshoe teams for many years.  He was employed at J.W. Goodliffe & Sons in Linden for 25 years as a Purchasing Manager, retiring 10 years ago.

 

Hank was predeceased by his brothers Roy and Philip Ruppel.

 

Hank is survived by his wife of 51 years, Nancy J. (nee Horsken) Ruppel, his children, Donna Schubert and her husband George, James Ruppel, and Jeanne Kraemer and her husband Kevin, his 6 grandchildren, Andrew, Shaun, and Ashleigh Schubert, Erin, Matthew, and Lauren Kraemer, his brother John Ruppel, and his sister, Irene Sobol and her husband Robert, and his sister Lillian Ruppel, and his sister in law Sonia Ruppel and many nieces and nephews.

 

All funeral services were private and under direction of Norman Dean Home for Services, Denville, NJ.
