Catherine M Schoberl, 96, died peacefully on May 3, 2011, in her home in Cherry Hill, NJ.
Catherine was born in Clifton, NJ and lived many years in Montville, then moving to Allamuchy and Mt Arlington. She moved to Cherry Hill in Nov 2007.
Catherine had been an elementary school teacher in PS #3 in Clifton before having children, after which she was a loving and devoted mother. Her husband John died on June 18, 2008.
She is survived by her four children, Madeline Schoberl of Baltimore Maryland, Christine and Peter Poyatt of Cherry Hill, Claudia and Charlie Bewalder of Succasunna and John and Lisa Schoberl of Alexandria, NJ. Catherine is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren, Kristin Herber, Charlie and Jeffrey Pickett, Ernie , Chrissie Ann and Eileen Raeuber, Chuck, Alison and Elizabeth Bewalder, Leanne and Johnny Schoberl and Ethan Raeuber, Veronica and James Herber and Abigail Bewalder. She is also survived by 2 sisters, Sr Marie Claudia Rink, SC, and Claudia Daniels of Baltimore Maryland.
The funeral will be from Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave, Denville, NJ www.normandean.com on Saturday May 7 at 8:00 AM for a liturgy of Christian Mass at St Pius X Church Montville, NJ.
