Francis James McCudden, 61 died on Monday April 18, 2011 at his home in Parsippany, NJ. He was the first of Frank and Clarissa McCudden's six children, their only son. He was born in Troy, New York in 1949 and grew up in Denville, NJ. He attended St. Mary's Catholic Grammar School, Morris Knolls High School, and graduated from Defiance High School in Defiance, Ohio. He attended County College of Morris, and then graduated from then Glassboro College in NJ. He was well known in high school and college for his gifts in acting and producing plays. He and his friends directed and acted in some of their own productions, famous only on home videos. His career in the credit field included positions with GE Credit, Pyrotronics and most recently with Seimens in Florham Park, where he retired in 2007. Frank McCudden was a beloved brother, uncle, cousin and friend. He touched the lives of many through his compassion and contagious sense of humor. Frank loved children and was a dedicated supporter of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. He had a heart of gold and an Irish gift of gab. He became a great storyteller and remembered events that others tucked away, always with a funny twist.
