Holly Martha Lind, passed away in New York City on March 1st, surrounded by her loving family. Holly is survived by her husband Keith Lind and daughter Avery, age 2.
Holly was born on January 8th, 1979 in Denville, NJ to adoring parents Ron and Lorraine Kensicki. Holly’s childhood years were joyful, spent with brother Ron Jr. and sister Katie, as well as cousins Jennifer and Michael during summers together in Avalon, NJ. Holly met her future husband Keith in the 1st grade. They went to their junior high dance together and had their first date at 16. During grades 4 through 7, Holly’s father’s work brought the family to England, and they toured all of Europe. Back in NJ, Holly attended Morris Knolls High School.
Holly graduated from Susquehanna University with a B.A. in Marketing and as a member of Kappa Delta. She was Vice President of her freshman class. She studied abroad in London during her junior year. After college, she held successful positions with the pre-eminent brands of Mars Candy and Rockstar video games.
Holly and Keith married September 15, 2007, in New York City.
Holly was a true inspiration to everyone around her. Her great beauty was rivaled only by her incredible strength of will, generosity, and sense of humor. Holly had a wonderful sense of style and was always in the know, yet always brought it back to what mattered most: family and friends, caring passionately for and uplifting all those fortunate enough to know her.
