Obituary of Marion Buck

Marion Buck of Denville, NJ passed away on Saturday February 5th, 2011, at her Denville residence. She was 92 years old Marion was born in Haverhill, Massachusetts and grew up in Neptune, NJ. She was a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University. She lived for 25 years in Montville, NJ and was a librarian at the Kinnelon and Montville Public Libraries. She and her husband retired to Waldoboro on the Maine coast, where they were avid gardeners and enjoyed all aspects of Maine living. Marion loved nature, enjoyed the outdoors, and was an advocate for the environment. She is predeceased by her beloved husband of 52 years, Howard William Buck. Marion is survived by her loving children: Jeffrey and his wife Barbara of Boonton Township, NJ; Rodney and his wife Sandra of East Calais, VT; and Peter of Hoboken, NJ. She was a cherished grandmother to her 6 grandchildren: Jeffrey, Chrissie, Michael, Brennan, Christopher, and Peter Buck, and adored by her 4 great grandchildren.
