Teresa Mary Carana of Denville, NJ passed away at St. Clare's Hospital, Denville, on Thursday, January 27, 2011. Teresa was currently living in Franciscan Oaks in Denville. Teresa was born in Concord, Staten Island, NY and also lived in New York City's "The Village" for approximately 30 years. She was 93 years old.
Teresa graduated high school and St. Anthony's Perochial School and Secretarial School. Teresa was a Bookkeeper and Office Manager for 56 years at Vin Vino Winery which was located on West Broadway in New York City. She worked there for 56 years before retiring.
Teresa is survived by her beloved sister Maria and her husband James. Cherished cousin, Dorothia and her daughters Linda Corona and Karen Barling. Adored Aunt to nephew Jim Jr. and niece Margaret Baker.
Friends will be received on Sunday, January 30, 2011 at Norman Dean Home for Services, 16 Righter Ave., Denville. NJ from 2:00 - 5:00 pm. Funeral Mass at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church in Denville at 10:00 a.m. Interment at Ferncliff Cemetery in Rye, New York.
