Tante Evy, Tusen takk you for being such an important part of my life. My memories of Lake Telemark are centered around the family. Riding my bike around the lake and stopping at your house to visit with you and Uncle Nicky is one of them. You always made me feel welcome. I will miss your smile and the way you made me feel a part of you.

Mortal life is such a fleeting entity. So many of us live far beyond our friends and family, however, when we become children of God, we never out-live our "family," that it is eternal. Evelyn was an influential force in Lake Telemark for 40 years, and the contributions that both she and her husband, Martin, made to our community are a part of the "tapestry" that we enjoy today. Let us all thank God for the life and dedication of so many people such as Evelyn.
