Dorohi Pani Olijnyk,
Christmases in my life have come and gone, but the best ones I'll always remember were at your home in Ingram, PA. Your gifts to me (BB gun, tool chest, sleeping bag,..etc) will always be remembered, but the true gift you gave was of your true friendship to me and my parents. Without your help, my parents would very likely not have immigrated to the US and later to Florida. I'm so glad that you and my Mom were able to phone each other this past year, and were able to relive those good times. My Mom often reminisces about her deep friendship with you.
You helped many people during your earthly life. Now, please rest in peace in heaven. Your days of service are over.
May your Family Find Joy in the Precious Memories You Created.

Babi
Thank you for the gift of love,
now you're sharing it up above.
You had many things to say,
All in a caring way.
You always saw good in everyone,
No matter what they've done.
You were always the one we could all lean on,
Even though it must have felt like a ton.
You were always the strength of the family,
Now we must let you rest calmly.
As we say goodbye,
and as tears roll down our eyes.
I know your place in heaven has a good view.
Because you're telling God,
I need to keep an eye on a few.
I know you will always be in our hearts and mind.
So Grandma,
I must go, but I'll never forget you're one of a kind.

Heavenly Father, we acknowledge You as the giver of life and that you are the one who calls each one of us to eternal life. We pray for all who have been affected by the death of a loved one and we especially lift up the family of Maria Olijnyk that they all will know the comfort, peace and strength of Your love in their lives.
We pray, too, for those who walk in support that they will always bring Your love in a gentle and understanding way. We ask through Jesus Christ. Amen.
