Obituary of David C. Schulte

David C. Schulte passed away on Saturday, November 27, 2010 at his home in Tamarac, Florida after a long illness. He was 67 years old.
David was born in Dover, NJ and was a longtime resident of Denville before settling in Florida in 1988. David worked in the manufacturing industry and retired from Gribetz International in 2007 as a lead manufacturing engineer. He was aNaval veteran and served on the carrier USS Saratoga. David spent many a weekend on the softball field in his younger years, was always an avid sports fan, and enjoyed music, fishing and television documentaries.
He is predeceased by his parents, Theresa V. and Edward R. Schulte, Jr.
David is survived by his two children, Denise Katzenberger (and Michael) of Kenvil, David C. Schulte Jr. (and Winnie) of Denville, and his four wonderful grandchildren Michael, Jamie, Jaclyn, and Isabella. He is part of a large family and survived by his six siblings, Susan Duncan (and John), Edward Schulte (and Nancy), Bernard Schulte (and Vita), Mark Schulte (and Karen), Kevin Schulte (and Cathy), and finally Ann Greening (and Roger). His siblings have settled from coast to coast. David is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
A gathering for family and friends will be held on Saturday, December 18 at St. Therese Church in Succasunna, NJ at 10:00 a.m., followed by a Memorial Mass at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Michael J.
