I grew-up with cesar back in the philippines.During our younger years,I still remember the times we spent together-playing ball & chess games. I have known him to be a man of many talents-a jack of all trades. He stride hard to make his dreams & wishes in life come thru. Everytime a foxtrot music fills the air, Cesar is one of the first ballroom friends who comes to mind. I remember him gliding down the dance floor, practicing his moves, with or without Femie.
He loves Johnny Mathis' fox tunes. Cesar and Femmie had been missed over the years on the dance floor. Cesar will be dancing with the angels, floating in the clouds!
