Dear Gerda & Family, Our thoughts and prayers are with you ALL in this time of sadness. Al always brought his wonderful smile and great sense of humor along with every visit to us girls at the bank. He became quite the baker in his spare time and it was always a "Special Treat" when he came to see us!
His Apple Cake was the BEST I've ever tasted! Such a wonderful man. You've been Blessed to have him in your lives for so many years! We were Blessed by his aquaintance and loving spirit that he shared so willingly! God Bless You now with the wonderful memories that you will treasure always! Our Deepest Sympathy, Bill & Lynda Tanner

During the Summit Bank days, we called Al "The Cookie Man". He loved to bake and often would bring in some of his tantalizing tidbits for our staff to enjoy. And that we did! He had a great sense of humor as well.
Gerda, wishing you and your family my sincerest sympathy. I'll keep you all in my prayers.
God Bless,
Arlene

Al made the best peanut butter cookies ever and had a great smile. It was always a pleasure to see him and get a big bear-hug. He was a part of our family and he will be missed.
