Anne M. La Rocca (DeSciscio) passed away at Compassionate Care Hospice in Dover, NJ on Saturday May 1, 2010. She was 90 years old.
Born and raised in Jersey City she had lived in Rockaway, NJ for the last 40 years.
Anne had worked as a secretary at St. Vincent's for 30 years before she retired in 1996. She then volunteered at St. Clare's Hospital in Denville with over 3500 hours of volunteer service.
She was predeceased by her husband of 15 years, Nicholas La Rocca who passed away in 1972.
Anne was a loving Sister and Aunt who is survived by her Sisters Dorothy Newby and Madeline Gerrity both of Jersey City, NJ, and by many Nieces & Nephews.
Funeral from Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave Denville, NJ 07834 will be on Wednesday May 5, 2010 at 10AM for a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 11AM at St. Cecilia's Church in Rockaway, NJ.
