Rosemary Botjer, (nee Sullivan) wife of the late Claus Botjer, passed away Saturday, December 19, 2009 with her loving family present. Born in MA in 1931, she moved to NJ in 1952, where she resided in Fort Lee for 26 years, then moved to Harmony, NJ in 1983. Rosemary is survived by six children; Claus Botjer, William Johnson, Joan Morgan, Diane Duff, Dawn Dey, Kathleen Pattis; 15 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and countless friends. Her Irish temperament and strong love of family will provide inspiration to those who love her.
Services will begin Tuesday, December 22, at 10:15 am at the funeral home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am at St. Cecelia's Roman Catholic Church, Rockaway. Burial in Fairview Cemetery, Fairview, NJ. Friends may visit at Norman Dean Home for Services, 16 Righter Rd, Denville, from 3-5 and 7-9 pm on Monday. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to VNA of Northern NJ Hospice, 38 Elm St., Morristown, NJ, 07960 or the Carol Simon Cancer Center, Morristown Hospital, 100 Madison Ave, Morristown, NJ 07962.
