To Raymond, Nancy and family - my sincerest condolences on the loss of your mom, Joan. Many a rainy day, she saved us kids who had to walk to school (uphill both ways - hah!) by picking us all up in that gigantor station wagon - that thing was HUGE! Her hair was always in place - she was tall and very pretty and a very nice lady - Many fond memories of her, and you, Ray - She'll always be fondly remembered.

From the first time Ray dragged me home with him when we were high school freshman, his Mom made me feel like family. Indeed, seeing you all yesterday felt as much like a family reunion as seeing old friends. I love you all.

Aunt Joan: I have so many sweet memories from childhood, Lorna Doone cookies above the stove, hot chocolate after ice skating, sleeping over many times, especially on New Year's Eve with Min watching all of us. Great family Holiday dinners, all of us in Va during the summer, the first Thanksgiving at Drumley's, the place with the great waterfall we went to. She loved and was loved, and now she will be missed. My love to you all. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Joanne, Lee and Ben

I remember Mrs. Hepper coming across the street to show us up doing double dutch jumprope. One jump in and she broke her foot:( That might have stopped the jump rope but not having fun watching from afar! I will also remember parties at our house when the Heppers were singing along to the player piano. Life was good:) I am so sorry for your loss. Mary
