Ronald Kevitz, age 59, passed away Saturday October 17, 2009 at his residence.
Ronald was born in Newark, NJ and grew up in Flanders, and then moved to Succasunna before settling in Rockaway Township.
Ron was very dedicated to his job as the chief lawyer for the Morris County Government for nearly 20 years.
Ron was a 50 year medalist for living with Type 1 Diabetes. He was a very dedicated husband and father. He found peace and happiness at the farm in Flanders with his horses and sheep.
He is survived by his wife JoAnne (Missbach) Kevitz, daughter Syndy Kevitz-Furderer and her husband Kit, daughter Sandra Kevitz, his sister Marcia and her husband Jon Avirom.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 25, 2009 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 123 East Blackwell Street Dover, NJ at 3:00pm.
