Ruiz, Brian, beloved father, son, brother, uncle and nephew passed away peacefully in Fort Lauderdale, FL after fighting a long illness.
He was born on April 19, 1959 in Long Island, NY where he spent most of his life until relocating to Fort Lauderdale, FL in 2002.
He is survived by his daughter, Nicole Ruiz of Smithtown, Long Island, his mother, Maryann Ruiz of Rockaway, NJ, two brothers Mark and Patty Ruiz of Morris Plains, NJ and Daniel Ruiz of New York City and two nieces Michelle and Katie; and his Uncle, Fred Von Ronn.
Friends and family are gathering on Saturday morning October 10, 2009 at Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave. Denville, NJ www.normandean.com before leaving at 11:00 for a graveside service at 12:00 Noon at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington, NJ.
