Josephine M. (Marcellis) Zelasny, of Denville, died peacefully at home on July 30, 2009.
Born in Madison on November 24, 1924, she was 84 years old and just celebrated a 58th wedding anniversary on July 28.
She is survived by her husband Edward S. Zelasny Sr., her sons, James, Robert, Joseph, Edward Jr., and a daughter Mary Ann, 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and a sister, Sr. Anita Marcellis.
She was predeceased by her parents Marie and Anthony Marcellis, her sisters, Ann Price, Barbara Marcellis, Gloria Herman, her brothers, Al and Charles Marcellis
Josephine’s funeral will be conducted from the Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave., Denville, NJ www.normandean.com , (please light a candle in memory of Josephine on web site), on Monday August 3rd at 9:00am for a 10:00am mass of Christian burial service at St. Mary’s Church, interment services at St. Vincent’s Cemetery, Madison, NJ. Relatives and friends will be received on Sunday August 2nd at funeral home from 2-5pm.
