Klara Gjerstad, 93, passed away on Tuesday July 7, 2009 at Alexandria Hospital in Alexandria, Va.
Mrs. Gjerstad was born in Norway was a resident of Rockaway Twp., NJ and Alexandria, Va. She was a homemaker.
She was predeceased by her husband Asmund, and her niece Ruth in the United States and numerous nieces and nephews and grand nieces and grand nephews.
She is survived by her son Arnold.
