Joyce M. Slockett (Cain), passed away at Merry Heart Nursing Home in Boonton, NJ on May 1, 2009.
She was 79 years old.
Born in Michigan, she had lived in Clifton before moving to Denville, NJ 12 years ago.
Joyce worked as an Operator and Payroll Clerk for NJ Bell and AT&T in Wayne, NJ for 40+ years before retiring in 1993.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband George Slockett in 2005.
Joyce is survived by her brother Ronald Cain of Pine Brook, NJ and his two sons, her niece Julia Case of Denville, NJ and other Nieces & Nephews also survive her.
