Barbara Maietta DiBlasio passed away in Denville on Saturday April 4, 2009.
She was 98 years old.
Born in Ridgefield Park, Barbara grew up and lived in Fairview before moving to Lavalette, NJ in 2001.
She was predeceased by her husband Giovanni and her sons Salvatore, Joseph and Peter.
Barbara is survived by her devoted daughter Concetta "Tippy" and her husband Luis Golia of Denville. She is also survived by her companion Joseph Poerio of Lavalette, NJ, and her sister Francesca Magrino of Williamsburg, VA.
Barbara was a loving mother, aunt, grandmother, great grandmother and great- great grandmother to many. She will be missed dearly by her family and many friends.
Funeral services will begin at Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave Denville, NJ on Tuesday April 7, at 9AM for a Liturgy of Christian Burial Mass at 10AM at St. Mary's Church in Denville.
