Lucien Ingrassia passed away at St. Clare's Hospital in Denville, NJ on March 6, 2009. He was 88 years old. Born in Queens, NY, he had lived in Fort Lee for 20 years, and then in Parsippany for 22 years before moving to Morris Plains, NJ in 2002. Lucien served in the US Army during WWII. He then became a lithographer and worked for T.R.C. in Paramus, NJ for many years before retiring in 1992. He loved painting and was an award winning oil painter. He is survived by his beloved wife of 60 years, Constance (Cuttita) Ingrassia of Morris Plains, NJ. His loving children Lucien (& Michelle) Ingrassia of Hopatcong, Susan (& Sheldon) Johannessen of Randolph, and Stephanie (& George) Ingrassia of Oakland, NJand his grandchildren Kristen, Shana, and Dane also survive him. Funeral services will begin at 9AM on March 16, at Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave Denville, NJ www.normandean.com and then to St. Catherine of Sienna Church in Mt. Lakes, NJ for a Liturgy of Christian Burial Mass at 10AM. Friends may visit on Sunday March 15, from 2-5PM at the funeral home.
