Wilma Klose Leightle, 81, passed away at Morristown Memorial Hospital, Morristown, NJ on Wednesday February 25, 2009.
Mrs. Leightle was born in Lewistown, PA, was a resident of Roselle Park and Parsippany since 1976. She was a graduate of Averett College, Danville, VA where she received her associate degree. She had been a medical secretary for the Alexian Brothers Hospital in Elizabeth, NJ. She was a member of the Humane Society of the United States.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years, George B. Leightle, her son Lahr Leightle of New York City, and her daughter Lyn Leightle of Morris Plains.
Mrs. Leightle’s funeral services will be conducted at Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave., Denville, NJ www.normandean.com, (please light a candle in memory of Wilma on web site), on Monday March 2nd at 10:00am, entombment at Locust Hill Cemetery Mausoleum, Dover, NJ. Relatives and friends will be received on Sunday March 1st from 3-6pm. Your choice of flowers or donations to the charity of your choice.
