James T. Lanigan passed away at Chilton Memorial Hospital on February 9, 2009.
He was 97 years old.
Born in Boston, MA, he had been living in West Milford, NJ.
James worked as a claims adjuster for American Mutual Liability Insurance Company of Boston in Wakefield, MA for 60 years before he retired at the age of 75.
He is predeceased by his wife Ritabelle R. (Rosalik) Flanigan in 2003. His siblings Paul J. Lanigan S.S.J., Elizabeth A. Scully, and Mary M. Gallagher also predecease him.
His Children Leandra L. Nelson of Little Falls, NJ and James T. Lanigan Jr. of Niceville, FL survive him. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
