Has time gone bye.... I'm a little late this year. But we still think about and miss you. You must be tickled to be watching your great-gran-kids... they are so cute.

2016... Can't believe all this time had passed. I miss you.. I know that will be a forever thing, I til we are each other again. I still reminisce and can remember your "yooohooo" from the balcony as I was walking to my car to leave... 2nd how we started laughing because you saw how it took me by surprise..
Even now I laugh about that. Your smile and laugh is embedded in my memory.

Well Nani, 3 years.... I miss you everyday and I miss your laugh and smile. I still remember your "Yooouuu Whoooo!" off your balcony in Denville. We visited your resting site on Sunday the 8th. Celebrate my mother’s life with me! A life continued with our Lord Jesus Christ, Our Blessed Mother Mary, and all of the Saints in Heaven amongst whom are my Father, Grandparents, Uncles, Aunts, Cousins and Friends.
My Mother now knows her Father! My Grandfather Paul died before she was born. My Grandmother, Josephine, brought up five beautiful children in the most difficult of times. Despite depression and war all lived good lives and had wonderful families of their own. I cherish my love and memories of the Cocuzza’s, DiVenuta’s and Federico’s.
A great Love dawned when my mother became a Villanova. My Mother and Father had a strong loving marriage. They were devoted Parents, Grandparents, Aunt and Uncle.
Mom was with us at our Christmas table; she dozed a bit. While she dreamed she spoke my Grandmothers name……Mrs. Villanova she softly said as she relived another wonderful memory.
The Love and family values of the Basso’s, Blasi’s, Giamo’s, Tamburri’s and Villanova’s will remain alive in my heart and the hearts of my wife, children, sister, niece and nephew just as it did in my mothers heart.
So celebrate a life well lived; a life that continues in our hearts and in heaven through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
