Arlene was my older cousin and we grew up in Jersey City. Aunt Doris, Uncle Pint and Arlene would take me to their summer house in Oakland. I always remember that Arlene was so kind and never lost patience with her little cousin. Over the years we've grown apart, but in my memory she will never be forgotten.

I will always remember how comfortable Arlene made me feel when I first started at KDM. Our memories continued even after I left KDM to have my daughter. My fondest memory of Arlene is when Milissa Dachisen and I went to visit her with my daughter. I can still picture Arlene holding my daughter, giving her a bottle and sharing motherly advice. She was a special person. My prayers go out to her family.

memories....the one thing I will always remember and cherish forever are the long conversations Arlene and I had over the many many years. Even if we hadn't talked for awhile when we would reconnect it was as if no time had passed. She always kept it real, was a great listener and could always make you laugh with her sense of humor! I will always remember the fun times working with her at KDM. My heart goes out to the entire Bornemann family as Arlene was a huge part of their life. I will miss her!
