Casper "Cass" Rabito Beloved husband, father & grandfather Casper "Cass" Rabito passed away on November 7, 2008 after a long battle with cancer. He was 75 years old. Born in Newark, NJ to the late Vincent & Anna (Lamotta) Rabito, he had been a resident Denville, NJ for the last 37 years. Casper served in US Army Signal Corp from 1956 to 1958 and was stationed in Germany. He attended Newark College of Engineering. He was employed by Operating Engineers Local 825 for 26 years before retiring in 1995. Cass enjoyed fishing, reading and spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by his devoted wife of 55 years, Marianna "Terry" Rabito of Denville, NJ, his loving son Vincent and his lovely wife Akemi and their daughter Ilea of MI. He is also survived by his sister Josephine Pistacchio of Fairfield and her lovely daughter Cathy Sidor of Parsippany, Joyce and Charles Sippler, Carol Sedita of PA, John and Diane Pistacchio of Fairfield. Also surviving are his devoted sister in-law JoAnn Rullo and her husband John of Union, Toni and Ray Miele of Springfield, Connie Pellegrino of Mountainside, and brother in-laws William and Sue Liantonio of Hackettstown, Anthony Liantonio and his late lovely wife Yvonne. He also leaves behind many caring and loving Nieces, Nephews, and very special friends which we are forever grateful for all their attention and love. Funeral from Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave Denville, NJ www.normandean.com will be on Thursday November 13, at 9AM for a 10AM Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary's Church in Denville followed by interment services at Gate of Heaven Mausoleum in East Hanover. Friends may visit on Wednesday from 4-8PM. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The American Cancer Society, St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, or to Atlantic Hospice.
