EDWARD E. KING on Friday July 14, 2006 at home surrounded by his family, he was 88. Edward was the husband of the late Marion Doris King 2004. Loving father of Richard and his wife Charlotte of Boonton Township and Michelle Frost of Boonton Township. Beloved brother of Lester and Donald King, Grandfather to Noelle Maloney and Great-Grandfather of three. His son Edward E. Jr predeceased him.
Edward was born in Holyoke MA and resided in Boonton Twp since 1961. He graduated from Rockaway High School. Edward was a veteran of World War II and received a Bronze Star for his service. Edward was employed as a mason for over fifty years with the Dover Local 37 masons. Edward was one of the founders of the Boonton Twp Gun Club and also a Special with the Boonton Twp Police Department.
Friends may visit Edwards family on Monday July 17, 2006 from 6-8pm at the Norman Dean Home For Services 16 Righter Avenue, Denville NJ 07834, www.normandean.com. Internment will be private. Donations in Edwards name can be made to Alzheimers Association, 400 Morris Ave Denville, NJ 07834.
