CARTER, JOAN L. (nee BROWN) On Thursday , June 29, 2006 at home surrounded by her family she was 75. Wife of the late Henry Hank Carter 1994. Loving mother of Bernadette Dipple of Dingmans Ferry Pa, William Carter of Denville NJ. Joan is also survived by her loving grandchildren, Dana and Desiree Carter, Brian, Scott, and Katie Minto and also Tyler Dipple. Her son Henry predeceased her in 1997. A mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday July 5, 2006 at 11:00am At St. Marys Church in Denville. Friends will be received on Monday July 3, 2006 from 6 until 8 pm, and again on Wednesday morning from 9 until 11am at Norman Dean Home For Services, 16 Righter Ave Denville NJ 07834.

JOAN L. CARTER (nee Brown) on Thursday June 29, 2006 at home surrounded by her family she was 75. Born in Orange NJ she was raised in the Vailsburg section of Newark until she moved to Rockaway in 1955 later settling in Denville in1973. Joan was a homemaker and also a member of St. Marys Parish in Denville. Survivors and times above.
