Obituary of Rowena A. Lavell

Rowena A. Lavell, 53 died on Wednesday June 28, 2006 at St. Clares Hospital in Denville, NJ.
She was born in Newark, and lived in the Mt. Tabor Section of Parsippany, all of her life.
She graduated from Rutgers University in Newark with a BS in Biology.
Following graduation she went to work as a Park Naturalist for the Essex County Park Commission.
She had also worked part time in the Library at County College of Morris in Randolph, and as an Activities aide at the Chelsea at Montville, in Montville, NJ .
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints in Morristown, NJ.
She had also been a member of the Mt. Tabor Historical Society and the Essex County Quilters Club.
Her parents Clifford and Margaret Lavell died previously.
She is survived by her brother and sister in-law Clifford and Kathleen Wentworth Lavell of Thompson, PA. Her Niece and her husband Alana and Eric Goldstein of Pine Bush, NY, and her Nephew and his wife Matthew and Nicole Lavell of Tewksbury, NJ, and a great niece Gillian Goldstein.
She is also survived by her special friend Joseph Molnar of Morristown.
Services will be held on Friday June 30, 2006 at 2:00 PM at the Mausoleum Chapel at Restland Memorial Park on DeForest Ave. East Hanover, NJ.
Donations are being accepted to the Mt. Tabor Vol. Fire Department P. O. Box 73 Mt. Tabor, NJ 07878.
