Obituary of Frances Mary Vadimsky

Frances M. Vadimsky passed away on May 20, 2006. She was 82 years old.
Born in Florida, NY she spent her childhood in Jersey City, most of her adult life in Middlesex, prior to moving to Denville, NJ 4 years ago.
She was an administrative assistant for RCA for many years before retiring in 1989.
Frances was past President of the ladies Auxiliary of the catholic war veterans. She volunteered at veterans hospitals, nursing homes, and as a driver of cancer patients. She was past president of St. Marys PTA (Middlesex) and past president of Young Ladies of Sodality of St. Anthonys Church in Jersey City. She was an avid bowler, wining many trophies, was a good swimmer & dancer when she was younger, as well as a master gardener & baker. Frances spent most of her time helping family members, friends, neighbors and her church. She doted on her many nieces & nephews, she had tireless energy and although she had some rough times, she never got bitter, she got better.
She is pre deceased by her husband Joseph in 1996, and her son Joseph in 1981.
She is also pre deceased by 5 brothers & 3 sisters.
Frances is survived by her siblings Stella Ziemski of Denville, and Edward Ratyniak of Jersey City, NJ. She is also survived by her nieces Lin Jones of Rockaway Twp., and Nancy Dombrowski of Union Beach, NJ, and many other nieces & nephews.
Funeral from Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Avenue Denville, NJ www.normandean.com on Wednesday May 24, at 9AM for a Liturgy of Christian Burial at St. Francis Chapel in Denville at 10AM. Friends may visit on Tuesday from 2-5 & 7-10PM.
