Mrs. Monti was such a bright light. I remember conversations about travel, working in New York City, in particular a time in the fifties. It was a first hand account of a magical time. It was a life well lived and I'm glad she shared it with us. I will treasure that moment and remember it always.

to have seen Jane’s daughter, Sheila after 30 years was such a treat, and then to be told of the passing of Jane, her mom, was heart breaking. What a wonder woman Jane was though, and what a full and giving life she had. the love that she had for her friends, family, and community, is so evident in the beauty, love, and gentleness of her children, especially Sheila whom I know from high school. May God Bless Jane, keep her living and loving in the life he intended for her, and may He Bless her family and fill them with her memories to help them carry on.
