I worked with Rich for a while and the most of our interactions was a Hi, How ya doin', stuff like that (The office staff and the electricians don't see each other much!). Then this year I participated in the Garlic Run, (the Motorcycle Charity for ill children) and out of the thousands of people there, he spotted me and and struck up a conversation! It was then that our friendship really started. I knew what a kind, caring, thoughtful person he truley was! He told me that "he does a lot of "motorcycle runs" because it is for a good cause; the money is for the kids!" That stuck with me since and it made me see him in a different light. Ever since then, we always smiled when we said hello! Him and his family will be in my thoughts and prayers forever!
