Obituary of Richard Kenneth Feeley

Mr. Richard K. Feeley, 85, of Denville died peacefully with his family by his side Saturday, September 13, 2008. Born in Newark, NJ, Richard lived in Denville for over 28 years. Richard was a veteran of the U. S. Army, achieving the rank of Corporal in the Army Airborne Division. After many years in the automotive industry, Richard developed a passion for collecting and repairing antique clocks and watches. His interest in the field evolved from being a hobbyist to an apprentice, to a full-time master clock repairman. He retired in 2003. He was a member of the National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors, Inc. and the Morgan Rifle Company. Richard is survived by his wife Elizabeth McManus Feeley, daughters; Colleen and Fred Bauer of Kinnelon, and Dr. Claudia D. Feeley and Brent Knudson of Parsippany, grandson; Alex and Kim Bauer of Denville, granddaughter; Alison Bauer of Kinnelon The family will be receiving friends and family for a celebration of Richard's life at the Norman Dean Home for Services, 16 Righter Road, Denville, NJ, Tuesday, September 16 from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm.
