John S. Richard, 71, died on Wednesday May 18, 2005 at St. Clares Hospital in Dover, NJ.
He was born in Teaneck, NJ and had lived in the Lake Hiawatha section of Parsippany before moving to the Rainbow Lakes section of Parsippany 17 years ago.
He had been a professional Truck Driver in New Jersey before his retirement.
He was a member of the Rainbow Lakes Community Club in Parsippany, and he was an avid golfer and motorcycle enthusiast.
He is survived by his wife Joanie nee Rowland whom he was married to for 48 years. Three children John of Kinnelon, NJ, Jamie of Oak Ridge, NJ and a daughter, as well as five grandchildren.
Funeral from the Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave. Denville, NJ on Saturday May 21, 2005 at 8:30 AM for a 9:30 AM Liturgy of Christian Burial Service at St. Marys R. C. Church in Denville, NJ. Friends may visit with the family today from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Donations are being accepted to the American Diabeties Assoc. P.O. Box 1131 Fairfax, VA 22038-1131.
