Obituary of Wayne E. Berrier

Wayne E. Berrier, 64, died on Monday April 11, 2005 at St. Clares Hospital in Denville, NJ. He was born in Renova, Pa. And lived in Prospect Park, Pa. Before moving to Denville in 1972. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1965 with a B. A. in Business. He was a Marketing Manager for Rums of Puerto Rico in New York City before retiring in 1996. Wayne was active in the Denville Sports program where he coached Denville Little League, Hub Soccer and Denville Striders track team; he had also been a soccer referee. He was a big supporter of various animal rights organizations. He is a member of Denville Senior Citizens Shoot the Breeze Club. He is survived by his wife of 42 years Charlene nee Hall. His children and their spouses Michelle and Joseph Maio of Rockaway Twp., and David and Kathy Berrier of Denville. He is also survived by three grandchildren Dylan Berrier, and Joelle and Gianna Maio. His mother Ruth Berrier of DuBois, Pa. And four brothers Allan of San Antonio, Tx., Charles of DuBois, Keith of Boothwyn, Pa., and Gary of Brookhaven, Pa. Funeral services will be held on Friday April 15, 2005 at 10:00 AM at Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave. Denville, NJ, www.normandean.com. Friends may visit with the family on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Donations are being accepted to Denville P. B. A. Local #142 P. O. Box 142 Denville, NJ 07834.
