Doris M. Dachisen, nee Fishinger, 84, died on Sunday April 10, 2005 at St. Clares Hospital in Denville, NJ.
She was born in Irvington, NJ and lived in Denville her whole life.
She was a homemaker, and was a great cook and baker. She also loved to Bowl and bowled on many leagues in both the Rockaway and Dover Bowling Lanes.
On October 21, 1939 she married her husband Peter A. Dachisen, and they had seven children, Harry and his wife Silvia of Denville, Peter and the late Barbara of Phillipsburg, Christopher and his wife Lynn of Warren, the late Linda Bravo, Mary Beth and her husband Geoffrey Dean of Branchville, Helen and her husband Andrew McDade of Pennington, and the late Joan Dachisen.
They also have fourteen grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Funeral from the Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave. Denville, NJ www.normandean.com on Thursday April 14, 2005 at 9:00 AM for a 10:00 AM Liturgy of Christian Burial Service at St. Marys R. C. Church in Denville, NJ.
Burial will take place following the Liturgy in Denville Cemetery on Savage Road in Denville. Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
