Frank Bud Luzzi Sr., died on Thursday March 31, 2005 at Care One at Morris in Parsippany, NJ. He was born and raised in Jersey City, NJ, and moved to the Indian Lake Section of Denville, NJ in 1948. He graduated from Newark State Teachers College in Newark with a BA in Education, and he went on and earned a Masters Degree in Administration from Newark State Teachers College in 1968. He was an Industrial Arts Teacher at Frelinghuysen School in Morris Township for over 30 years retiring in 1992. He has also served as a Negotiator for the New Jersey Educators Assoc. for many schools in the Morris County area. He had served in the National Guard, and was a member of the Indian Lake Community Club where he had served as a Trustee. He had also been a Coach in the Denville Little League and he had a passion for fishing. He is survived by his wife Maria Mickey with whom he was married to for 52 years. His son and daughter in-law Frank Bud and Diane Luzzi and their children Erica, Jason, and Brian all of Mt. Lakes. Family will be gathering on Monday April 4, 2005 at 11:00 AM at the Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave. Denville, NJ www.normandean.com for burial in Denville Cemetery.
