Penny Ann Rowe, 65, passed away at the Care One at Morris, Parsippany, NJ on Sunday April 7, 2013.
Penny was born in Akron, Ohio and was a resident of Denville since 1980.
Penny was predeceased by her husband Joseph Rowe.
She is survived by her daughter Tracy Robles, son-in-law Angel Robles and her granddaughter, Angelina, and her brother Stephen Toepfer and his wife Liz, and many other relatives and friends.
All are invited to attend Penny’s memorial services on Wednesday April 10th at 6pm at the First Memorial Presbyterian Church 51 West Blackwell Street, Dover, NJ. Join us as we celebrate the life of Penny, a truly unique, one of a kind woman who made a heartfelt impact on everyone whom she met.
