Obituary of Lucretia N. Beckerleg

Lucretia Nichols Beckerleg, 90, died on Sunday Jan.23, 2005 at Community Hospice Center in Jacksonville, Fl.
Lucretia was born in Jefferson Twp, and lived in Rockaway most of her life, moving to Ponte Verda, Fla. In 1997.
She had been a bookkeeper for A. & A. Fuel Oil in Rockaway for 34 years retiring in 1979.
She had always been active in the United Methodist Church in Rockaway where she was a member of the United Methodist Women Society. She had also been a member of the Purity Chapter #252 Order of the Eastern Star in Wharton.
Lucretia had also been active in the Rockaway Twp. Senior Citizens and their crafters group. As well as the Denville Golden Age Society.
She was predeceased by her husband William H. Sr. who died in 1971, and her son William H. Jr. who died in 2001.
She is survived by her Daughter In-Law Judith Beckerleg, two grandsons William Henry III, and Scott Randall, a great granddaughter Amelia Ann Beckerleg all of Jacksonville, Fl. She also has a nephew Lloyd Anderson of Denville, NJ.
Funeral services will be held on Friday Jan.28, 2005 at 9:30 AM at the United Methodist Church of Rockaway 1 Hoagland Ave. Rockaway, NJ 07866. Friends may visit with the family on Thursday from 2:00 to 5:00 PM at the Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave. Denville, NJ www.normandean.com.
