Obituary of Robert A. Ryan

Robert A. Ryan, 79, died on Saturday January 8th at Care One at Morris in Parsippany, NJ.
Mr. Ryan was born in Newark lived in West Orange and moved to Denville in 1948. He was a United States Navy Veteran of World War II. He was a graduate of West Orange Senior High Scholl Class of 1943; he received his Bachelors Degree in Business from Upsala College East Orange in 1949. Mr. Ryan was the Treasurer for Carson Industries, Andover, NJ for 35 years and retired in 1991. He was a member of the ARC/ Morris County Chapter a former member of the American Legion Post 59, Morristown, NJ and the National Association of Accountants.
His wife Norma A. Boyd Ryan predeceased Mr. Ryan in 1994. His daughter Victoria A. Ryan and his sister Dorothy Irwin of Morris Plains, NJ, survive him.
A funeral service on Tuesday Jan. 11th at 10:00a.m. At Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave., Denville, NJ www.normandean.com Interment Restland Memorial Park, East Hanover, NJ. Friends will be received Monday Jan. 10th 2-4 & 7-9p.m. In lieu of flowers donations to ARC/ Morris County Chapter would be appreciated.
