Bushkill James M Carlsen, age 44 of Bushkill PA for 13-1/2 years, died Sunday Jan. 2, 2005 at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, PA.
Mr. Carlsen was born in Amityville, NY, the son of the late Joseph (1982) and Ann Gscheidle Carlsen. He grew up in Massapequa Park, LI, NY. Mr. Carlsen married Jeanne LePochat. They lived in Marcella, NJ for 11 years before moving to Bushkill, PA. James had worked at Morristown Lumber before being employed by Sterling Contracting Corp. in Mahwah, NJ where he worked for 8 years as a Vice President.
James was on the Board of Directors for Pocono Ranchlands in Bushkill, PA and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was also an avid motorcycle rider.
He is survived by his wife and mother, one sister: Deborah Hogan of Warren, NJ,
two brothers: Joseph Carlsen of Houston, TX, and Richard Carlsen of Long Island, NY.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday at 11:00 am at the Norman Dean Home for Services, Inc., Denville (www.normandean.com). Cremation will be private.
Friends will be received Wednesday from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 PM at the funeral home.
