Grandma had a keen sense of humor. She always enjoyed a good joke. I never failed to get a laugh out of her - maybe she was just being nice!
She loved history and the Denville Historical Society was very important to her.
She loved Estling Lake and whenever I think of her, I see her standing at the top of the path at Camp 25 waiting for us to reach the top - usually our dog Beau was the first one there and Grandma would scoop him up in her arms. That dog loved her.
She loved crafts. It seemed like she was always working on some elaborate project.
She loved to collect things. Anyone who had ever visited her home would instantly realize this. For a kid, Grandma's house was a virtual treasure trove.
She was one of the most religous people I have ever met and her faith was very important to her. She loved Church of the Saviour in Denville.
She adored her grandchildren and I will miss her for the rest of my life.
