Obituary of Katherine "Kay" M Kanous

Katherine M. Kanouse, 73 of Denville, formerly of Whippany and Irvington, died Wednesday (10/13/2004) at home.
Born in Lyndhurst, she was the daughter of the late John and the late Agnes Rizzolo Czaplicki.
Mrs. Kanouse was a Homemaker and a member of Our Lady of Mercy Church, Whippany. She was also the Little League President of Womens Auxillary in Irvington, a member of the Whippany Senior Citizens, and a member of To Begin Again. During her free time she loved to bowl and golf.
Surviving are two sons: Robert C & Elizabeth of Denville and John F & Donna Kanouse of Lake Hopatcong. Also survived by three granddaughters, Nicole, Melissa, and Rebecca Kanouse and one great granddaughter.
She was predeceased by her husband, Robert S Kanouse in 1980.
Funeral from the Norman Dean Home for Services, Inc., 16 Righter Avenue, Denville (www.normandean.com) Sat. 8:00am. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 9:00am at Our Lady Of Mercy R C Church, 90 Whippany Road, Whippany. Interment East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton.
