Robert M. Vanderhoof passed away on July 2, 2008, at Saint Clares Hospital in Denville, NJ
He was 76 years old.
Robert lived and spent his entire life in Denville, NJ.
He had served in the US Army during the Korean war, then went on to own and operate Landing Auto Body working as an auto body mechanic for 20 years before retiring in 1993.
He is predeceased by his children Brian, Kathi, and Todd, and also his brother Edward.
His wife of 50 years, Jane (Richards) Vanderhoof, of Denville, NJ and his sons Greg Vanderhoof & Faith Zimmerman of Denville, NJ and Bruce & Monica Vanderhoof of Galway, NY, survives him. He is also survived by his Grandchildren Tyler & Sarah Vanderhoof, and his sister Martha Tandberg of CO.
A viewing will be held at Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave Denville, NJ www.normandean.com on Saturday July 5, fro 10AM 12PM. Interment services will be private. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to a charity of your choice.
