Obituary of Patrick Lodato

Mr. Patrick Lodato, 75, died on Tuesday Feb. 24th at Deborah Heart & Lung Center, Browns Mills, NJ. He was born in Jersey City, NJ and lived the last 37 years in Denville, NJ.
Mr. Lodato was a Property Manager at the Ledgewood Mall, Ledgewood, NJ from 1976 1983, and from 1983 to his retirement in 1994 from Baker Industries, Parsippany, NJ. He was a member and usher at St. Marys Church Denville, NJ and a Knight of Columbus Our Lady of the Lakes Council 3359, and for 14 years (1976-1990) he was a Special Police Officer for the Denville Police Dept.
Mr. Lodato is survived by his wife of 54 years, Nancy Lodato; his children survive him Patrick Lodato Jr. and his wife Martha of Denville, Donna Marie Lodato of Mt. Arlington, Carlene George and her husband David of Rockaway, David Lodato and his wife Nicole of Wharton, and Joseph Lodato and his wife Gayle of Knoxville, TN. He was the grandfather of Jennifer and Julie Lodato, Sean and Alyssa George, and Brock Patrick Lodato. His brother, Louis Lodato, his three sisters, Theresa Vertino, Mary Ferrante, and Marilyn Salvemini, survives him.
The funeral from Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave., Denville, NJ on Friday Feb. 27th at 9:00a.m. for a 10:00a.m. Liturgy of Christian Burial service at St. Marys Church Denville, NJ. Interment Denville Cemetery. Friends will be received Thursday Feb. 26th 2-4 and 7-9p.m. In lieu of flowers donations to Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, Denville, NJ or Deborah Heart & Lung Center, Browns Mills, NJ
