Edna Turner 1909-2004
The long and healthy life of Edna Grace Turner has come to a peaceful end. She and her husband Maurice, of over fifty years operated Manchester Oxygen Co in Manchester, New Hampshire. Edna was an accomplished Violinist and enjoyed many hobbies including ceramics and needlework. She lived on Baboosic Lake in Merrimack, New Hampshire before moving to Sun City, Florida in 1989. In 1999 she moved to Franciscan Oaks in Denville, New Jersey. Edna leaves a daughter Carol Heath of Mendham, New Jersey and her husband Gerard Heath. A son in law John Lyons of Merrimack, NH, six grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Maurice Red Turner, Daughters Elaine Lyons and Maurine Peterson and a son in law Carl Peterson. She will be deeply missed by her family and all who had the good fortune to know her. Interment of remains and a celebration of her life will take place in Merrimack, NH at a later time.
