Walter E. Williams Sr., Civil Engineer
Walter E. Williams Sr., 82, died on Thursday July 15th at Saint Clares Hospital, Denville, NJ.
Mr. Williamss Sr. was born in Newark, NJ and lived in Irvington, NJ before moving to Morris Plains, NJ in 1952. He served in the United States Navy during WWII in the South Pacific on a PT Boat. He graduated Newark College of Engineering with a degree in Civil Engineering.
Mr. Williamss is survived by his wife of 57 years Georgia Thonet Williams. His daughter Cathryn Berry and her husband Henry Erving survive him. His Grandchildren Patricia, Jackie, Thomas, and Jessica, his great grandson Michael survive him.
