Jack Point Caloz, 77, died at his home in Denville, NJ after a short illness.
Mr. Caloz was born in Union City, NJ, lived for many years in Dumont, NJ, and the last 54 years in Denville, NJ. He was a Sea Bee in the US Navy as a Carpenters Mate Third Class during WW II receiving the Asiatic Pacific Medal and the Philippine Liberation Ribbon. Mr. Caloz was a graduate of Pace University, N Y and received his Masters degree in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University, NJ. Mr. Caloz was the comptroller for Reaction Motors, Denville, NJ for 12 years and was the Chief Financial Officer at Astro Systems, Denville, NJ for many years and became the Owner and Chief Financial Officer at Pneu-Hydro Products, Rockaway, NJ until his retirement several years ago.
His wife of 55 years Evelyn Ward, his children, Jack of Tenafly, Judi Lewis of Edison, George of Andover, and Tom of Dumont survive Mr. Caloz. Three granddaughters Beverly, Laura and Samantha, two great grandsons Sal and William survive him. His brothers, Emile of Oregon, George of Sun City, AZ, Alfred of Palm Beach, FL, and Tom of River Edge, NJ
Relatives and friends are invited to call on Tuesday June 15th from 7-9p.m. at Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave., Denville, NJ. Funeral services on Wednesday June 16th at 11:00a.m. At Church of the Saviour, Morris Ave., Denville, NJ Interment George Washington Memorial Park Paramus, NJ.
